Do you want to work with advanced industrial automation where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and "hands-on" work? We are currently seeking an Automation Engineer who wants to help develop and commission solutions in an international industrial environment. This is a role for you who enjoy machines, technology, and making systems work in the real world! - We are conducting ongoing selection!

As an Automation Engineer, you will work on the design, programming, and commissioning of control systems in industrial equipment and production lines. You are responsible for ensuring that the electrical and mechanical components interact optimally and contribute to creating stable and efficient solutions for the client. The work is varied and involves both technical development work and practical problem-solving, often in close collaboration with project managers, colleagues, and customers.

This is a role with significant personal responsibility where you will have the opportunity to work with complex technology and develop alongside experienced colleagues. You will have many points of contact and be a key part of the delivery to the client. The work involves travel, especially during the first year. Travel occurs approximately once a month or every other month and usually lasts one to two weeks. These are also planned well in advance.

• PLC programming and development of HMI solutions
• Design of electrical systems in machines and plants
• Troubleshooting, optimization, and commissioning of automation systems
• Collaboration with project managers and technical specialists
• Direct contact with customers during installation and commissioning
• Integration of servo and motor drives

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering within automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar
• Some years of experience in industrial automation or work in a factory environment
• Knowledge in PLC programming and control systems
• Interest in machines, robots, and technical systems
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

It is not a requirement but would be an asset if you:

• Have experience working with industrial equipment or production systems
• Have completed your own technical projects, studies, or hobby projects

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from both the client and our side is that you will subsequently become a permanent employee at the client company.
